I was going through all our DVDs last weekend and I came across this DVD that I used when I was 136 lbs. Now that I fluctuate from 113-115 lbs. ( depends on what time I weigh myself) I think, I am OK. From size 11 in jeans, now I was amazed to find out that I can fit on a 3-4. (what a transformation huh!) But, my problem is my tummy. No matter how I try to hide it, it’s bulging out . Just like in this picture.
Can you see that little mountain in front of my body?
When I sit down, I can see those LOVE HANDLES on the side.
I decided to do this Dance it off Video again, and see if I will lose this belly that sometimes I just want to chop off. It’s from Jennifer Galardi. I did the steps this morning and I sweat from my scalp to my toes. It’s only 10 minutes. There are 5 steps, 10 minutes each, but..I can only do 1 step for 10 minutes. I was breathing hard afterwards..I will have to do it at least 4-5 days a week and maybe, just maybe, I will then do the 2nd step for another 10 minutes.
I believe that it will help me a lot, since when I sweat I know I burned some calories..I got this from Walmart and you can go online to get one if you are interested..
I hope I can lose some fat before Thanksgiving, that way I can afford to eat like a pig. Goo luck to me!!!!
