Night Swimming Is Always Fun.

Indoor swimming pool is always fun, but who has indoor swimming pool nowadays? The only place that I can think of is at a hotel. We stayed at a hotel one time and since they had indoor pool, the kids enjoyed staying there and didn’t want to leave. Their pools had a perfect temperature, and the kids did a night swimming. I believe that they use rheem pool heaters to get the perfect warmth for their pool. I went it and it was so relaxing and I didn’t want to get out of the water myself. I wonder if I can have my own swimming pool someday.

Roan Turns 11.

Living here in Alabama for almost 4 years now, I have met some Filipinas that I can call my friends. We might not hang out together as often as we should, but we see each other during gatherings. Last Saturday was my son Roan’s 11th birthday celebration that we held at the park in Decatur and I invited some of my friends. Luckily they came and as usual, we had so much fun having our pictures taken. If you see a group of women that are constantly taking photos anywhere, you have to believe that they are Filipinas

After the birthday party, my son Roan came to me, gave me a hug and a kiss and told me ” Mom, thanks for my birthday party, it was the best birthday ever!” I can’t believe that my son is so matured enough to appreciate what we have done for him. He’s always a good kid.

I am so glad that although it was a last minute invitation, some of my friends were able to come and celebrate with us.

It was a windy Saturday, though it was sunny, we were being blown away by strong wind, perfect for flying kites and such. I believe that the kids had so much fun. Having party at the park is not as much fun when it comes to food, hahaha! My foods got cold, and no one ate hotdogs but 1 person. Wahhhhh! I learned my lesson, no hotdogs at my party, ever…if I have Filipino dishes.

When it comes to computer terminologies, usage and other features, I don’t know anything about it. Luckily, I married a handyman who knows everything from plumbing to formatting hard drive. He is a heaven sent and I am so grateful that he is always happy to help me with whatever problem I have. He’s been telling me to learn and explore the world of modernization and technology, but, what can I do, my aging brain can’t comprehend anything anymore. Let the smart people figure out how to do stuff that I don’t know how to do
